What is Magic Link?

Magic link is a passwordless authentication method. Instead of remembering a password, you click a link sent to your email.

How It Works

1. Enter Your Email

   On the login page, type your email address and click Continue

2. Check Your Inbox

   You’ll receive an email from Granite with a magic link

   Subject: Sign in to Granite
   
   Click this link to sign in:

   This link expires in 1 hour.
   
3. Click the Link

   Clicking the link automatically signs you in and redirects to the dashboard

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the email

• Check spam/junk folder
• Verify you entered the correct email
• Wait a minute and try again
• Contact your IT if your company blocks emails

Link says 'expired' or 'invalid'

• Links expire after 1 hour
• Each link works only once
• Request a new link from the login page

Link opens wrong page

• Clear your browser cache
• Try a different browser
• Make sure you’re clicking the full link
